Rob, the head of Brady Contracting, has been in the roofing and construction industry since 1978, originally trained by Ken Stewart of Stewart Residential. With experience across the U.S., Rob is certified in a wide range of commercial roofing systems including bitumen and single ply membranes like TPO, EPDM, and PVC, which are now his primary focus. He is a HAAG-certified roofing inspector and has proudly built a family business, working alongside his sons Kyle and Billy to pass down his expertise. Rob also gives back through a roofing education program with Christmas In October, helping rehabilitate lives by teaching valuable trade skills to non-violent ex-offenders.

Kyle is the Co-Owner and Operations Manager of Brady Contracting, with hands-on experience in both commercial and residential roofing since his youth. He holds professional roofing licenses in multiple states and has personally installed systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC membranes, asphalt shingles, ceramic tile, and slate. With a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Kyle now leads company growth and provides technical support while overseeing diverse projects. He lives in Kansas City with his fiancée Andrea and their three dogs, and enjoys camping, live music, KC sports, and giving back through organizations like Christmas in October.

Billy is a Co-Owner, Project Manager, and Salesman at Brady Contracting, with deep roots in the roofing and construction industry thanks to being raised in a construction-focused family. After earning a B.S. in Environmental Geology from Northwest Missouri State University and working in environmental roles, Billy returned to Kansas City to join the family business full-time. He brings passion, energy, and hands-on experience to every project while continuing the Brady tradition of quality and integrity. Outside of work, Billy enjoys hiking, camping, and performing as a guitarist and singer in the Kansas City-based bluegrass group, Steam Boat Bandits.

Cory has been a valued member of Brady Contracting for over three years, serving as a Project Manager and treating the team like a second family. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he has called Kansas City home for the past 15 years and brings a strong background in parks, recreation, and property maintenance to his role. Cory takes great pride in helping customers and working alongside the Brady family, which he considers one of the best parts of the job. He lives in Overland Park with his fiancée Sarah and daughter Mara, and enjoys camping, fishing, live music, KC sports, and—of course—Kansas City BBQ.
